About the role

Kullarri Building Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our dynamic team in Broome, Western Australia on a contract basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and maintaining our financial records.

What you’ll be doing

Process incoming supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain the accounts payable ledger and ensure all payments are made on time
Provide support to the wider finance team as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed
What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within a construction or real estate environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
