Our business is experiencing rapid growth, and we need an administration all-rounder who will bring enthusiasm, existing administration skills, and an aptitude to learn new skills.
About the role:
Working alongside the Office Manager you will play a key role in dealing with the day-to-day administration support services to our Broome and offsite operations and teams. You will also be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process including site mobilisation and travel bookings.

What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Confident experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with colleagues, candidates, clients, and suppliers
