About the Role and Responsibilities:

  • Based at reception, provide customer service to internal and external customers by responding to in person queries, directing incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner;
  • Respond to enquiries relating to course information, enrolments and Djaringo services, face to face, phone or via email;
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are executed according to Djaringo policies and procedures, which reflect current legislation and compliance requirements;
  • Prepare and monitor, order / reorder office supplies;
  • Printing and preparation of training and assessment resources;
  • Undertake training record administration, including data entry, scanning and filing of student records, as directed;
  • Collect and distribute daily attendance sheets;
  • Provide support to the Training Coordinator, Compliance Manager and Trainers as requested;
  • Other duties as required.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • High level organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to resolve issues independently and in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and be flexible and responsive to changing needs;
  • Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word;
  • Must have:¬†Current C class driver’s licence.
