Campbell Transport has been awarded the logistics contract by Kimberley Mineral Sands for the transport of mineral sands from their Thunderbird project through to the Port of Broome for ship loading. The Thunderbird project is a large scale, world class mineral sands project which will produce zircon and ilmenite products. The project is expected to complete construction towards the end of 2023 with logistics activities to coincide with this timeframe. Campbell Transport will be responsible for the loading and haulage of containers between the mine site and port as well as the shuttling of containers to the port for loading during ship loading operations.
We are looking for a full-time site administrator to join our team in Broome operation, this is a residential position in Broome and not available on a FIFO roster.
Reporting the to the Operations Manager in Broome your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Data entry; including payroll, tonnage and updating maintenance records.
- Daily BAC and Drug & Alcohol compliance.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Operations Manager including but not limited to – flight bookings, accommodation arrangements and compliance processing.
- Assisting with enquiries and daily interactions within a large workforce of professional drivers and workshop teams.
Experience:
- Some previous data entry experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
