About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join BRAMS as an Aged and Disability Support Worker Trainee. In this role, you will assist in delivering essential support services to older adults and people with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

As part of the traineeship, you will complete a fully funded Certificate III in Individual Support, gaining practical, on-the-job experience while working in a supportive team. Upon successful completion, BRAMS will offer ongoing employment to help you continue growing your career.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in delivering culturally safe care to consumers.
  • Support clients with personal care, community access, and goal setting.
  • Participate in individual and group-based activities that promote wellbeing.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
