Chef de Partie

Good Cartel is hiring a skilled kitchen professional to join our dynamic team in Broome!

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to supervise junior staff.

This role involves a variety of tasks including food prep, short-order cooking and expediting orders for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Key details:
– 7.5 – 8.5 hour shifts, 34-38 hours per week
– Pay: $30 – $35 per hour

Successful candidates will:
– Be coachable
– Be passionate about delivering quality work

You’ll start on a casual basis. Full-time contracts are available after an initial 1 month period.

Minimum commitment: 6-8 months (12 months preferred).
