Commercial Cleaner

Dust Gone Cleaning, a leading cleaning service in Broome, Western Australia, is expanding rapidly and is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team. We provide exceptional cleaning services for government buildings and commercial properties across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

As a cleaner, you will perform a broad range of cleaning tasks, which vary according to the needs of our clients. General duties include:

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces;
• Selecting and utilising appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains from surfaces;
• vynal floor polishing and stripping
• Applying soil-repellent chemicals and deodorisers to surfaces to remove odours;
• Reordering cleaning supplies as needed;
• Replenishing toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels and hand wash;
• Using chemicals, solvents, high-pressure water cleaners and other cleaning equipment, such as wet vacuums and other suction equipment;
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of commercial cleaning experience is required.
• Fluent in English with strong customer service skills;
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning agents and their applications;
• Adequate literacy and numeracy skills to read instructions and measure cleaning fluids;
• Time management skills;
• Knowledge and awareness of the relevant health and safety standards;
• Attend to details and ability to ensure high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
• A current police check or police clearance will be required

What We Offer:

• Remuneration: Depending on your work experience, the salary will be between $66,000 – $68,000 per annum plus superannuation.
