Little Indian Restaurant, Dine in and Takeaway Restaurant, servnig real Indian Food in Brome tourist town in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. We ear seeking a Full Time Cook who enjoys working as part of a small but dedicated team in a fast-place environment.

The Opportunity: Must have 3 years indian curry experience

Expected Hours of Work: Eight-hour work day, five days awek. The Successful Applicant will be paid:

$70,000 – $75,000 PA Plus Superannuation

The applicant must have at least a relevant:

AQF Certificate Il or Equivalent

(including 3 years of on job training as Cook) The main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Ability ot prepare Indian cuisine while maintaining traditional integrity.
• Preparation and cooking of food for dining and catering.
• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality

Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment Preparing and cooking food

Seasoning food during cooking

Portioning food, placing ti on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes Storing food in temperature controlled facilities.

Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

May plan menus and estimate food requirements

• May train other kitchen staff and apprentices
