About the role          

To support the company’s growth, we are seeking an Engineering Administrator to provide day-to-day administration support to the Engineering Department. You will work closely with the Senior Base Engineer to provide administrative support for our Engineering Management.

Key Duties and responsibilities of the role include.

  • Adhere to all company procedures, including our Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Maintenance Organisation procedures and Employee Handbook
  • Assist in management of internal and external jobs in Aerotrack, including data entry of job labour hours and parts and processing of jobs for external client invoicing
  • Assist with the management of Ground Support Equipment and tooling, including calibrated tooling
  • Responsible for the tracking of delivery of parts and tooling to ensure on time arrival and take part in regular cyclic or annual stocktakes
  • Maintain accurate records including but not limited to personnel records in Air Maestro and Aerotrack
  • Assist with creating engineering department related records and maintaining for continuous improvement
  • Participate in internal audits
  • Drop offs and pick-ups of personnel as needed
  • Assist with coverage and support within stores as required

 

To be successful in this role

Thrive when working as part of a team, be able to follow directions and be a good communicator as well as following:

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in an Administrative Support role
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to run with multiple tasks concurrently.
