We are looking for the right person to provide remote administrative support to Ray White Broome, Derby and Port Hedland’s Managing Director, Tony Hart. Preference is for applicants to be located in Broome.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all general administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas for all assigned meetings.
  • Take confidential meeting minutes via Google Meets and distribute to the appropriate persons in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Book and manage all meetings within the Google Calendar, ensuring the appropriate people are invited and the relevant meeting room or Google Meet links.
  • Organise and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car hire and restaurants when required.
  • Maintain a working tasks list for the Managing Director.
  • Preparing and proof checking presentations and reports as needed.
  • Maintain tidy file management within Google Drive, including naming documents appropriately with subject matter and date.
  • Delegate administrative tasks to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist with all appraisals, listings and sales paperwork as required.
  • It should be noted that this role is unique and will continue to evolve as the business grows. Roles and responsibilities will need to adaptable and flexible.
  • A high degree of confidentiality is essential given the nature of the role.


Skills & Experience:

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • A positive attitude and personality
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must have a home office set up to work from. Ray White will provide a screen and webcam
  • Must be able to work from the Broome office at least one day per week
