Boab Health Services is a not-for-profit, multidisciplinary primary health care service delivering allied health, mental health, and care coordination services throughout the Kimberley.

About the role

Based in Broome, this exciting role develops and delivers exercise physiology programs and healthy lifestyle programs to communities in the West Kimberley and may be consulted for services or work in the East Kimberley at times.  This position will work collaboratively with Boab Health staff, including Aboriginal Liaison Officers, and external agencies including cultural and State health services and other community-based organisations.

About you

The right fit for us and our company culture is super important so if you are passionate about delivering the best possible health care we are really looking for you.  We want someone who can work with clients from all ages and walks of life.  You will have experience in delivering exercise physiology programs to individuals and groups.  Your experience, compassion, and motivation to work rural and remote health care with Aboriginal people will be highly regarded.  Ideally, you will have experience in health promotion, community development, project management and working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.  You will have ESSA membership and accreditation (or working towards gaining your accreditation).
