Grano/ Kerber Supervisor

About the role

Kimberley Kerbs’ is seeking a Grano/ Kerber Supervisor to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of grano and kerber installers
• Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations
• Monitoring and maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards on site
• Providing guidance and support to the team, and identifying training needs
• Keeping detailed records and reporting on project progress

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience in a similar supervisory role within the building trades industry
• Strong knowledge of grano and kerber installation processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly on site
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to project sites as required
