Landscape Gardener

Kimberley Tree Care is a well-established and respected tree care business in the Kimberley region. We specialise in tree maintenance, weed control, and arboricultural services. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our team.

The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist with gardening, landscaping, and general tree maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has an eye for detail, and is passionate about plants and trees.

Key Responsibilities:

• General garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and mulching
• Mowing, edging, and lawn care
• Tree planting and minor tree maintenance
• Weed control
• Assisting arborists with site preparation and clean-up
• Operating hand tools and garden equipment safely
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
• Laying out and constructing both hardscape and softscape features
• Assessing irrigation system flow rates and pressure levels
• Installing irrigation systems, including pumps, meters, and associated components
• Inspecting, servicing, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (preferred)

Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

White Card (or willingness to obtain)

Manual driver’s license (preferred)

Experience with small machinery such as mowers, whipper snippers, and blowers (advantageous)
