True North Adventure Cruises is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our Broome-based team. You’ll take ownership of our logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations to support two high-end charter vessels operating for nine months of the year from Broome. About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Managers & Business Manager, the Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for the smooth delivery of supplies and logistical support to our vessels. This includes managing our Broome-based warehouse and vehicles, liaising with local suppliers and contractors, and coordinating port logistics in Broome and Wyndham.

You’ll be integral to the planning and execution of vessel provisioning, launch and retrieval of tenders, and maintenance of crew accommodation and assets. This role also includes involvement in our annual refit period in Perth during February.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise the Broome operations warehouse and stock inventory
  • Manage provisioning and deliveries for vessel turnaround operations
  • Coordinate port logistics in Broome and Wyndham, including pre-planning of all supplies
  • Liaise with local suppliers, trucking companies, and port authorities
  • Maintain company vehicles, trailers, boats, and crew accommodation
  • Launch and retrieve tenders during embarkation and disembarkation
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permits to work, and MSDS documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for local contractors and assist with SMS filing and reporting
  • Provide relief DPA support when required
  • Travel to Perth in February for vessel refit operations

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Prior experience in logistics and warehouse management
  • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for basic maintenance of company assets
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and with exceptional attention to detail
  • Forklift licence, crane operation experience
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain MSIC & Kimberley Ports access pass

Desirable:

  • DPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of ISM, SMM, and Port procedures
  • Familiarity with Kimberley tides and remote operations logistics
  • Maritime Qualifications

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work weekends during port calls (time off in lieu available)
  • Willingness to spend some time in Fremantle during February to assist with our vessels Dry Docking.
