Broome Medical Clinical are looking for a reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. The role would suit someone with prior experience in Customer Service/Reception and accustomed to working in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment. Ideally looking for someone experienced, however we are willing to train the right applicant. You must also be flexible in your weekly hours. Customer service and accuracy needs to be your strong point!
Responsibilities involved, but are not limited to: Providing our patients with the highest quality customer service, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, patient enquiries, billing and receipting, data entry, and other general administrative duties.
Ideally the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computing skills including data entry (Business Admin Certs or equivalent desirable);
- Proficient in general written and verbal communication;
- A passion for outstanding customer and patient services;
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team;
- An outstanding work ethic and attention to detail;
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion;
- Professional manner and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Permanent residency or Australian citizenship;
- Have flexibility with work hours where required and must be able to work school holidays and after school hours if required.
