We are a Civil Contracting company locally owned and operated in Broome, Western Australia. Our projects span civil, commercial, and rural sectors, with a strong focus on road construction/maintenance.

Qualifications & experience:
- Any combo of these – Excavator/Skid Steer/Grader/Roller/Truck HR/HC
- Current Drivers License – min HR, HC is preferred
- Hold Construction Induction Safety Card (White/Blue Card)
- Civil Experience highly regarded
- Minimum of 3 years experience
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Operate mix of Plant & Trucks
- Can work in a team or independently
- Flexible to work between Civil Projects & Plant Hire work
- Fit & Ready to go to work & willing to undertake Drug/Alcohol Testing if required
- Follow instructions, communicate effectively with supervisor & team
- Ability to carry out daily prestart, greasing and look after/respect the equipment
- Always work efficiently & safely Complete & submit daily dockets
- Be Reliable, punctual and hard working
- Sound mechanical knowledge & willing to help with Maintenance is a bonus
