Qualifications & experience

  • A qualification in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in Payroll and Accounts Management.
  • Experience in the use of XERO
  • Effective time management and organisational skills with demonstrated initiative for problem solving and continuous improvement on administrative matters.
  • Skills with the MS Office suite & TANDA

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to utilise a range of electronic accounting platforms.
  • Effective bookkeeping skills with the ability to efficiently manage Payroll, creditor and debtor accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
  • Ability to supervise staff and provide effective leadership.
  • Capacity to manage physical assets through the development of effective monitoring systems and management plans
