About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for skilled Production Excavator Operators who can consistently achieve daily targets while remaining safe, calm and professional.

What you’ll be doing

  • Operating 120T+ class excavators, loading 100T trucks.
  • Performing pre-start checks and reporting issues to your shift supervisor and workshop.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborating with the wider mining team to achieve production targets.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the site supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Rotating with your crew on a 2/1 day shift/night shift roster.

This role will see you working in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety, supporting key projects in one of Australia’s most picturesque and unique regions.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience operating a range of mobile plant equipment.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Excavator Operator in the mining industry
  • A commitment to safety and high standards of work.
  • The ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Relevant tickets/licences for the equipment listed above.

This role is based in the Kimberley region of Western Australia – a rugged, beautiful landscape full of adventure and opportunity.
