$35 – $45 per hour
We are seeking someone to help with general administration and projects in our expanding Broome office.
We build, renovate and complete maintenance for a government entity across the Kimberley.
Your role will be responsible for logging work order requests, engaging subcontractors and tracking works until completion.
General Administration:
- General data entry – Entering work orders, matching up purchase orders and invoices and updating client platform as well as general records keeping in shared folders.
- Overseeing Maintenance Jobs – Preparing and issuing workorders to maintenance team.
- assist with project management, updating registers, online data migration.
