About the role:

To support our continuous growth across the Group, we are seeking a Property and Office Administrator to join our team based in Broome. Working in a small team environment you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations within the Travel and Property team and broader Broome base.

Key Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the coordination of travel and accommodation, including coordination of keys and check in/out instructions, pick up and drop off at the airport, allocation of company vehicles and ensuring all properties are presented well to all guests
  • Inventory management of accommodation and company vehicle keys, cross-referencing with booking register, and follow ups as required
  • Carry out tasks at properties as directed by Travel & Property Management Coordinator, including restocking consumables, remaking beds and washing
  • Assist the Property Management Coordinator with arranging property maintenance, routine inspections, final bond inspections, and Property Condition Reports as needed
  • Assist the Travel Coordinator with arranging staff travel requests as needed
  • Management of uniforms processes
  • Collaborate with base Operations department with administrative tasks, including Base Safety induction, issuing of visitor cards and boardroom setup as required
  • Maintaining office consumables, stock ordering and reconciliation of invoicing
  • Office housekeeping tasks

  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules and tasks based on changing priorities
  • Previous experience in property management or office administration is preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills including MS Suite
