Job Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a gun Sales Consultant who has high energy and ready to hit the ground running. This role is ideally suited to an experienced, registered Sales Consultant looking for growth opportunities or could be suited to the right inexperienced customer focused trainee. Key responsibilities:
- Building and managing a database
- Engaging in prospecting activities such as email and direct marketing
- Identifying and connecting with potential buyers
- Managing appraisals
- Procuring property listings for sale
- Coordinating and managing opens/property inspections and preparing vendor reports/updates
- Assisting with the end-to-end management of active listings and sold properties; including vendor and buyer liaison
You will be supported by the Sales Team Leader, a shared Sales Admin, your Office Suprervisor and the Director.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry or customer service industry
- Sales Representative Registration Certificate
- Current WA Driver’s License
- High-performing with ambition to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and an exceptional work ethic
- Drive, determination, and an ability to meet and exceed individual and team KPI’s
- High organisational skills and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to set goals and a desire to exceed income expectations
- Open and transparent to professional development
