The Opportunity

We are looking for a vibrant and confident Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our team

The Role

This exciting position is open to experienced applicants. The successful applicant will work closely with the Director and will be responsible for:

  • Day to Day administrative tasks
  • Customer Service
  • Assist with supply ordering and quote requests.
  • Daily reconciliation and invoicing
  • Accounts receivable/payable
  • Data Entry
  • Other tasks as requested by Director.

The skills you will need to be successful include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service & general administrative duties
  • Friendly, confident professional phone manner
  • To be a friendly and outgoing member of our team
  • Organised with great time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite and MYOB.
  • Willingness to learn & develop new skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Payroll experience – desired but not essential
