The Opportunity
We are looking for a vibrant and confident Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our team
The Role
This exciting position is open to experienced applicants. The successful applicant will work closely with the Director and will be responsible for:
- Day to Day administrative tasks
- Customer Service
- Assist with supply ordering and quote requests.
- Daily reconciliation and invoicing
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Data Entry
- Other tasks as requested by Director.
The skills you will need to be successful include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service & general administrative duties
- Friendly, confident professional phone manner
- To be a friendly and outgoing member of our team
- Organised with great time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite and MYOB.
- Willingness to learn & develop new skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Payroll experience – desired but not essential
