Serviceman Truck Driver

About the role

Roadline Civil Contractors’ is seeking a skilled Serviceman Truck Driver to join our team on a casual basis in Broome, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery, maintenance, and servicing of our fleet of specialist civil construction vehicles and equipment.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving and operating a range of vehicles and machinery including service trucks, flatbed trucks, and light commercial vehicles
• Carrying out scheduled maintenance and servicing on our fleet of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Providing on-site support and troubleshooting for breakdowns and issues with our vehicles and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of all servicing, maintenance, and repair activities
• Assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment and materials as required
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a serviceman or mechanic, with a strong background in the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles and machinery
• A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s licence with a demonstrated safe driving record
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify issues quickly and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physical labour as required
