Kimberley Quarries are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team.

This role will require the right person to assist the Contract and Operations Manager with HSE, Quality Systems, Sales and Tenement compliance.

This is a DIDO position on a Monday to Friday Roster.

Administration duties will include but not limited to assisting the contracts manager with preparing documents to submit for tender, assisting the operations manager with costing/procurement, sales and setting up customers, weighbridge operation, tenement management, helping set up and populate site costing sheets and onsite systems, uploading documents , assisting of managing the site rosters & booking flights, assisting with QA and HSE annual audits. Day to day managing of material compliance testing both internal and external sample result management.

A good knowledge of excel is a must. Prior auditing or HSE experience would be beneficial.

The Applicant must be –

·        Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

.        Able to take on an unfamiliar task and work though it until completion. Ask for assistance as required.

·        Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work

A desire to learn the aggregate/quarrying business. There will be the opportunity to operate mobile plant and equipment and gain a full understanding of Kimberley Quarries operations.
