Kimberley Accommodation Group is currently seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join our close knit team.
Working closely with the Head Chef you will be required to support the kitchen and lead the team across the various functions dependent on this busy little kitchen.
About the role
- A la carte menu and bulk catering
- Assist the Head Chef in cost control measures
- Be integral to the daily operations of a team environment
- Complete regular inventory management

Our candidates
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fantastic verbal and written communication
- Thrives in a fast paced challenging environment
- Motivated and well trained to handle pressure
- Comfortable leading teams through busy periods in the kitchen
- Strong believer in customer satisfaction and understands the benefits of acting promptly and escalating when required
