About the position

BIA is excited to share an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor Food & Beverage/ Retail to join their high performing and friendly team on a permanent basis.

Working alongside and supporting the Retail Strategy Manager, this role is a key player to the day to day operations and supervision of Nakamuras Café and Bar and Pandanas retail gift shop. Other essential duties will include roster preparations and managing inventory to ensure shop supplies are kept under control.

About the person we seek

As the ideal candidate, you will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills to successfully lead a small team and build meaningful working relationships. You will also have prior experience in a variety of food preparation techniques and demonstrated understanding of food and health and safety regulations. Your customer service will be of the highest standards with the ability to work under deadline pressures.

Essential requirements also include:

• Current C Class manual driver licence

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

• Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts, including on-call and weekends, up to 38 hours per week with potential overtime.

• Permanent working in Australia rights.
