We are looking for a down-to-earth Tour Skipper to join us in beautiful Broome for the 2024 season. The roles available require a 100% can do attitude; enjoy working alongside team members, with a happy calm disposition and a real passion for selling a West Australian product.

You must be available in May until mid-October 2024, have full working rights in Australia and be up to date with vaccinations.

Successful candidates will have qualifications and previous experience in:

  • Coxswain Grade 1 or Coxswain Grade 2 with a passenger endorsement.
  • Demonstrated experience at presenting confidently to large sized groups, as either a Tour Guide or through tourism experience.
  • The ability to communicate with customers and fellow team members and customers.
  • A great sense of humour.
  • Reliability and commitment

Willie Creek Pearls operates 7 days a week, so this position involves regular weekend work as well as the occasional after hours for events/promotion evenings.
