We’re on the lookout for a down-to-earth Tour Skipper to join our team in stunning Broome for the 2025 season! This role requires a 100% can-do attitude, a calm and happy disposition, and a genuine passion for showcasing an incredible West Australian experience.

This season you’ll be at the helm of our brand-new, state-of-the-art, eco-friendly vessel. We need someone who takes responsibility, ownership, and pride in caring for this cutting-edge boat while delivering top-notch tours.

You must be available in March 2025 until mid-October 2025, have full working rights in Australia and be up to date with vaccinations.

Successful candidates will have qualifications and previous experience in:

o    Coxswain Grade 1 or Coxswain Grade 2 with a passenger endorsement.

o    Demonstrated experience at presenting confidently to large sized groups, as either a Tour Guide or through tourism experience.

o    Ability to communicate with customers and fellow team members and customers.

o    A great sense of humour

o    Reliability and commitment

Willie Creek Pearls operates 7 days a week, so this position involves regular weekend work as well as the occasional after hours for events/promotion evenings.
