Vehicle Detailer/Rental Agent – Broome

Northside Rentals is a large vehicle, plant and equipment rental company that is based in Perth, WA and has a network that extends to all states of Australia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced applicant to join our Northside Rentals team as a detailers/rental agent. We require someone for the Broome office, to be able to adapt from vehicle detailer to rental agent where required.

Key Duties

• Meet and greet rental customers
• Vehicle detailing
• Maintain the yard presentation
• Administration duties
• Ensure all customer paperwork is complete
• Assist with customers phone and email inquiries
• Selling Northside Rentals products and services
• Deliver/Collect vehicles as required
• Preparation of vehicles for hire

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Be able to meet deadlines
• Have the ability work unsupervised
• Strong communication and people skills
• Current drivers licence
• Have an eye for detail
• Strong sense of safety and procedures
• Experience detailing vehicles
• Experience utilising cleaning chemicals

Experience not required but beneficial:

• HR Driving Licence
