Title: Administration Support Officer
Award: Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (2010) | Level 2.1 – Level 3.1 + district allowance, salary sacrifice and airfare (once a year).
Hours: 08:00 am -4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, 1-hour unpaid lunch break, 37.5 hours per week
*** KRCIC will consider Part-Time engagement – 30 h per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of this position is to provide secretarial, administrative and reception support to the Kullarri Regional Communities Indigenous Corporation (KRCIC) executive team and senior staff within the organisation, in addition to supporting office staff and general employees, in line with the organisations’ policy and procedures.
The position will perform front of house reception duties and act as the main point of contact for KRCIC. This role’s main responsibility is directing calls and queries to the appropriate people and community offices received by phone and walk in visitors. Other duties will include specific project related tasks, to be carried out under supervision, to support KRCIC’s diverse ranges of service delivery programs.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Administration
• Answer and direct all phone calls received through the main phone line.
• General Administration office maintenance.
• Preparing office for the day /closing office.
• Receive, direct and assist visitors of the Broome office.
• General office ordering; including creating purchase orders request via ProSpend software/ expense requisition forms, receipt, distribution and tracking of orders.
• PPE gear ordering for job seekers and KRCIC staff.
• Collection, Sorting and distribution of mail, including tracking incoming and outgoing mail, reconciliation of Australian Post account.
• Workplace housekeeping tasks; which includes organisation of the storeroom stock, stationery supplies and general office tidiness.
• Use office equipment including computers, photocopier, scanner, fax, filing systems, binding stapling and fastening machines, communications/phone systems.
• Filing and file management with support of the Administration Coordinator.
• Maintain prompt attention to emails and personal public enquiries(walk ins and shared mail box). Shared responsibility with the Administration Coordinator.
• Managing KRCI social media page.
Shared responsibility with the Administration Coordinator.
• Assisting with Board Meeting preparations: catering; preparing Board room.
Shared responsibility with the Administra􀆟on Coordinator.
• Other tasks as requested by the Administration Coordinator, Chief Operations Officer and or Chief Executive Officer, to meet the needs of a growing organization.
