What is the Talent Register?
The Housing Service Delivery Frontline Talent Register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for full time and part time opportunities that are:

  • fixed term/secondment up to twelve (12) months, or 
  • transfer at level for existing permanent public sector employees 
  • Permanent

The register is actively monitored by managers to match applicants to available opportunities. You only need to register your interest once, and your application will remain on our jobs register for current and future opportunities.

About the roles

Customer Service Officer – Level 2 – $70,432 – $75,516 per annum 

Works as part of a team to deliver a firstclass customer service which aims to ensure that all eligible Western Australians have access to affordable and secure housing.

Housing and Property Services Officer – Level 3 – $79,156 – $84,977 per annum 

This position provides property and tenancy management services associated with the agency’s owned and leased properties.

Housing Services Officer – Level 3 – $79,156 – $84,977 per annum

This role manages and monitors a designated number of Service Delivery tenancies to ensure tenants are supported, payment of rent is sustained, and properties are cared for and maintained.

Property Services Officer – Level 3 – $79,156 – $84,977 per annum 

In this position you will manage, control and monitor the property maintenance functions for a designated number of properties within the Housing Management Services area. As part of a Team, you will ensure compliance, accountability and quality control is maintained.
