Position Overview: As a Service Coordinator / Trade Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling trades, managing customer service administration tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our service department. Your role will involve pricing, coordination of trades, and utilising UpTick software to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule trades for various service and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage pricing for services and projects.
  • Utilise UpTick software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, order processing, and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in service coordination, trade scheduling, or a similar admin role.
  • Proficiency with UpTick software or similar scheduling/administration software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
