About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our small, friendly team for a 9-month period, covering parental leave. This role is full-time, but we are open to discussing flexible arrangements for part-time hours. You will play a key role in overseeing our Relationships Exhibition, coordinating volunteers, conducting tours and promoting the Heritage Centre through various social and other communication platforms.
A comprehensive handover will be provided to ensure a smooth transition and your success in this role.
Skill and Attributes
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of empathy, enthusiasm and marketing insight including the following:
- A proactive can-do attitude, with a focus on servicing our visitors with professionalism and kindness.
- Strong marketing and promotional skills across various platforms.
- Ability to coordinate and work with a diverse group of volunteers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general administration.
- Commitment to the mission and values of our organisation.
